At NutriVow, we believe supporting your pet's health should be as effortless as loving them. Our Subscribe & Save program is designed to give you consistent wellness, exclusive savings, and complete flexibility.

1. Your Subscription Perks Never run out of your pet's daily essentials. We offer two convenient recurring options at checkout:

• Every Month (30 Days): Save 15% off the standard retail price.

• Every 2 Months (60 Days): Save 10% off the standard retail price.

• Note: Subscription discounts are applied at each renewal and cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless stated.

2. No Surprises: Billing & Reminders We believe in full transparency. You will receive an email notification 3 days before each upcoming renewal charge.

• Your payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) will be charged automatically on your scheduled renewal date.

• If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry; if unsuccessful, your subscription may be temporarily paused.

• In the rare event of a price adjustment, we will notify you at least 14 days in advance, giving you full control to continue or cancel.

3. Complete Subscription Management You are always in the driver's seat. Through your NutriVow customer account (account.nutrivow.com), you can easily:

• Skip an upcoming delivery.

• Pause your subscription for up to 3 months.

• Modify your frequency, product quantity, or shipping address.

• Cancel at any time with absolutely no hidden fees.

4. Hassle-Free Cancellations & Modifications To avoid being charged for your next shipment, simply make any changes or cancellations at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

• Changes made after the billing date has passed will seamlessly take effect for your following cycle.

• Already-processed orders cannot be canceled, but they are fully covered under our standard Refund Policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery We currently ship subscription orders within the United States (excluding P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses).

• Standard Shipping: Included at no additional cost.

• Expedited Shipping: Available for $7.99 per order.

• Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days (from our US warehouse) or 7–15 business days (from our international center). Tracking details will be emailed once shipped.

6. Our 30-Day Vow (Refunds & Returns) Your peace of mind matters. All subscription orders are backed by our 30-Day Return Policy.

• If you need to initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
