Shipping Destinations

We currently only support shipping to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or addresses outside the United States at this time.

General Shipping Policies

In general, we process orders placed before 10:00 AM HKT, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Most orders will be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days.

  • If an order is placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or during a public holiday, it will generally be processed on the next business day.
  • We use an inventory management system to help keep product availability accurate. If an item you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and provide available options, such as waiting for restock, replacing the item, or cancelling the order for a refund.
  • Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow our return process.

Our Warehouses & Shipping Time

To ensure product availability and timely delivery, we may fulfill orders from our United States warehouse or our international distribution center, depending on stock availability.

  • US Warehouse: Most available items are shipped from our US warehouse and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • International Distribution Center: If an item is temporarily unavailable at our US warehouse, we may ship it from our international distribution center. In these cases, delivery generally takes 7–15 business days after shipment.

Shipping Rates & Options

During checkout, the available shipping methods, shipping cost, and estimated delivery time will be calculated based on your shipping address, selected product, and item availability.

We partner with trusted, reliable carriers to ensure your pet’s wellness products arrive safely. Depending on your location and the selected shipping method, your order will be delivered via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

A complete and correct shipping address is essential for successful delivery. Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, city, state, ZIP code, and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to confirm the correct address.
  • Re-shipping may require an additional shipping fee.
  • A daytime telephone number is recommended for all orders so the carrier can contact you if necessary.
  • If a package is marked as undeliverable by the carrier, please contact us so we can assist with available options.

Nutrivow is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable shipping information provided by the customer.

International Shipping & Duties

Our shipping services are currently limited to the United States. We do not offer delivery to countries outside the United States at this time.

In rare cases, customs processing, import inspections, or carrier procedures may affect delivery time. We cannot mark your package as a gift or provide false customs information.

Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note:

  • Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to update on the carrier’s website after the shipment has been created.
  • If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages, on different days, or through different carriers depending on warehouse availability.
  • You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.

Holidays and Shipping Delays

During holidays, promotional periods, extreme weather, or high-volume order periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time during these periods. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.
